Dr. Markus Ernst
Maximilian Stichter was born in 1982 and has German and Swiss citizenship. He graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance. With his family having a long automotive tradition and history, he followed both his father's and grandfather's footsteps. In 2013, he bought out his whole family, reuniting the 51% of the COINDU shares once held by his grandfather.
Dr. Markus Ernst
Dr. Markus Ernst was born in 1969 in the south of Germany. He has a degree in Engineering and Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics. After his graduation he worked at Schuler AG for 20 years, in various positions. He began his career in 1995 in the Material Management Division. He then held various positions, such as department manager, commercial director and managing director. He was a member of the Board of Directors. In 2013 he joined COINDU as a member of the Supervisory Board, where he supported COINDU’s development. In October 2014 he was elected as the new Chief Executive officer (CEO).
Pedro Gomes was born in 1984 and has Portuguese citizenship. His father, one of the founders of COINDU, was mainly responsible for the area of sales. He studied at the BLC (leather technology centre) and graduated in Quality. On the one hand, he represents his family as a shareholder, while working in the sales department, like his father did in the past.
Volker Zieske was born 1962 in Germany. He is married and has two children. He closed his studies with University degree in mechanical engineering and added later the degree of Certified Public Accountant. He won his technical production experiences with Mercedes-Benz. This he complemented with Financial and economical experiences as lead auditor and consultant. Since first of April 2017 he leads Coindu together with Dr. Markus Ernst. Volker Zieske’s key aspects are production and finance.
António Lourenço was born in 1952 in Portugal and has Portuguese citizenship. He graduated in Electromechanical Engineering. He was also a high school teacher until 1980. His career in the automotive industry started in 1980. He is one of the founders and shareholders of COINDU. He held the position of General Director and was responsible for the technical and manufacturing areas.
